I’ve got another delicious dish for you. This one is SUPER easy!
First I took two zucchinis and washed them. After they dried I made them into noodles. There are two ways to do this: with and without a cheese grater. If you have a cheese grater, simply rub the zucchini length-wise against the grater. If you don’t, simple peel it, length-wise, and then cut them into super thin strips.
Next, take your packages of tempeh and crumble them. Pour some sunflower oil in your pan (because it’s best for high heat) and brown the tempeh. Then add your spaghetti sauce and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Put your sauce on a bed of zucchini noodles, and dinner is served! You can top with Daiya mozzarella or regular parmesan cheese for a vegetarian dish.
