I’m gearing up for a 10-day juice fast starting February 1, so I’m collecting a lot of yummy juice recipes in one place for easy reference. I’ll also be juicing items from my Chic Weekend Juice Fast! While those are certainly delicious - I’ll need a big variety to keep my taste buds entertained.

Natural Healing: If this is your first juice fast, or if you’ve “been bad” in-between fasts, your body will miss caffeine, sugar, flour, etc. for the first few days. Instead of loading up on pain relievers, try a natural headache cure first. Also, your stomach may take a few days to get used to your herbivore ways. So, try some natural remedies before reaching for an antacid.
Green Ginger Ale
For more stomach soothing - juice a 3-4” piece of ginger. Add the juice to one of your green juices and put the pulp in a cheese cloth. Then you can use the pulp to make some fresh ginger tea.
