Forced destressing is impossible
In 2 hours it will officially be 15 days until my surgery. Now I’m supposed to really destress but I feel more stressed than ever. My pain is worse than ever and I ran a fever nearing 102 most of the day.
How do you relieve all of your stress in 2 weeks for a procedure you don’t want to have?!
I don’t think this is something that even hot yoga, a massage and Xanex can fix....

The last countdown I had on my phone was for my wedding in paradise. This time it’s for life-altering surgery. #countdownfail!
Surgeon Consult #1
Since I’m having a total abdominal hysterectomy, 1 doctor simply can’t do all of it. Nope. I need 3. I have 2 OBGYN surgeons taking care of the obvious “hysterectomy” bits, and I have another surgeon removing my appendix. (Turns out, Endo can go as low as the intestines and as high as your lungs - so removing all “unnecessary” organs is the “logical”...
