Day....3....
So it’s Day 3 of the cleanse and I feel like I did when I stayed up all night for 2 nights studying for exams. I. Am. Drained. I could barely move after feeding, playing, bathing and putting C to bed with J last night so I didn’t work out. :( I was disappointed in myself but literally couldn’t move. I felt like I was going to throw up or faint. These are all symptoms that...
Day 2
Today is the second day of the cleanse and I’m definitely feeling it. I’m achy and tired but I’m not starving. I just feel weak and low on energy. I’m still positive about it and was able to prepare the shakes and drinks this morning faster. I guess learning the recipes helps!

With my luck, it’s pretty apparent that I’m not really superstitious. But I do pay attention to the little signs because I like to believe that everything happens for a reason. This morning, I logged on Twitter, as I do at some point most days to see my daily quote. Today my quote was: “Make your optimism come true.” - Christian D. Larson
Also, this morning, I said my...
