Waiting Game...
I just realized that waiting for a seller to respond to an offer on a house is like going on a first date and waiting the 3 days for a guy to call you back.
I don’t miss these days.

Real Estate FAIL
A few days after I've put an offer on my very first house...
Realtor: MB, I heard from the seller's Realtor today and I think I know why we haven't heard from him.
Me: Why?!
Realtor: Because he's getting a divorce, lost his job and packed up and moved to Peru.
Me: FML!
New Year, New Blog!
The New Year is always about resolutions, reflection on the past year and a positive outlook moving forward. The thing about resolutions though, is that they always tend to get lost in the year. Either the goal is too big and easily given up on or something that you’re already doing so you can say “I did it!” too soon.
